This location is a joke. I went to this location because I wanted to close my PO Box account with them and I came early in the morning to do so. After a long process the lady at the desk tells me that they don't have money in the till to provide my refund and that they would send me my refund at a later date. I turned in my key and thought I was done. She takes down my address and then I leave under the premise that they're professionals and would do their job (s). The refund was only about 40-50 bucks so I didn't really care if I got the money back, but definitely wanted to close the account. They never provided a receipt and didn't close my account. So then 6 months later I got a bill from them for over $200. I called them to say "what is this about?" because I knew I closed the account. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank and they said it needed to be worked out with them. I had several calls with the USPS because you can't call directly into this location and get help. Even if you try the number that is online no one ever picks up. So i eventually went back to the office and asked for the manager. The clerks for a good 10 minutes attempted to tell me that "she was too busy" and would email/call me later. I told them that I was not leaving unless I spoke to someone since I've already done this. A lady named Valerie comes out to help as the manager and was SO HORRIBLE. She offered no assistance and tried to place the blame on me for not getting a receipt. Even went as far as saying - "Closing this account is the same way that you would do it at any other store- You have to get a receipt.": I told her "Your team did not give me one, and that's my fault." When i went to the gym in person to close an account it was done that day. It's not my fault the team there is incompetent. I turned in the key. Then they all ask this ridiculous question of "Who did you speak to that day?" I said- "Even if I told you a person would they even tell the truth or remember. It was 6 months ago." Then she basically tried to get me to leave and said "I will call you back." I told them that I was not leaving until I received documentation via email from her that she was looking into it. She told me that she "would not send me an email." Unprofessional! I will be calling corporate again about this. I was treated so unfairly. This place is a joke- at that point I said "Can we close it now" Then they closed it and gave me a money order. Which is what they should have done in January. They essentially stole $120 dollars from me.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! The worst post office ever. Slow, never enough staff, rude and unwelcoming employees.Last week I witnessed a post office employee screaming on top of his lungs at a customer. I mean, yelling like a crazy person! It was scary because it looked like he was going to jump on that woman next. Also, they never even try to deliver the packages. They just leave a note with missed delivery. I work from home, I am always there, noone even knocks on the door.

I do not like the ethics of this location. There is a long line which I was waiting patiently on like everyone else. A lady 2 spots ahead of me did not have an envelope/ proper stuff needed to be served and was told to go fill out an envelope, the worker Hariza let the lady cut in front of me instead of her waiting back on line like everyone else. If you aren’t prepared for the teller you should NOT get special treatment. Never using this post office again and HARIZA the worker needs to learn better customer service.

I’ve been going to this post office for a while and usually never have an issue/ if I do I don’t worry about it too much as it’s just a post office but today was just irritating, the lady at the front is 9 times out of 10 so rude. I dropped off two packages without scanning as they were prepaid already, one of the packages was in an envelope and the other was in a box, the box had a white sticker on the side, no logo no number just a white sticker, there was a little sticker residue from my attempts to remove it before shipping. She looks at it and tells me to come back as I’m walking away, very passive aggressively telling me to clean it up and messing with my other package in an envelope pointing to it saying it should be clean like this. Mind you, it was a box and an envelope so I’m not sure why a comparison was made but whatever, I clean it to the best of my abilities, the box getting a bit scuffed because obviously I left the sticker for a reason considering it was blank and it was difficult to remove when I tried. She looks at the scuffed bit on the SIDE of the box, the SMALLEST SIDE, and she scoffs at me. If she had such an issue she could have given me tape or something to cover it. I really do hate coming to this post office and try not to but today I had to, next time I’ll make the trip to my usual one. The other people at the post office are quite nice, one guy in particular who’s very nice but it’s usually always this lady when I come.

Nobody answers the phone, EVER. Dropped off 18 packages half of them are still marked as “USPS waiting for package” well into the next day. Have to leave work to go handle this now because they can’t answer a simple phone call.
