I do not like the ethics of this location. There is a long line which I was waiting patiently on like everyone else. A lady 2 spots ahead of me did not have an envelope/ proper stuff needed to be served and was told to go fill out an envelope, the worker Hariza let the lady cut in front of me instead of her waiting back on line like everyone else. If you aren’t prepared for the teller you should NOT get special treatment. Never using this post office again and HARIZA the worker needs to learn better customer service.

I’ve been going to this post office for a while and usually never have an issue/ if I do I don’t worry about it too much as it’s just a post office but today was just irritating, the lady at the front is 9 times out of 10 so rude. I dropped off two packages without scanning as they were prepaid already, one of the packages was in an envelope and the other was in a box, the box had a white sticker on the side, no logo no number just a white sticker, there was a little sticker residue from my attempts to remove it before shipping. She looks at it and tells me to come back as I’m walking away, very passive aggressively telling me to clean it up and messing with my other package in an envelope pointing to it saying it should be clean like this. Mind you, it was a box and an envelope so I’m not sure why a comparison was made but whatever, I clean it to the best of my abilities, the box getting a bit scuffed because obviously I left the sticker for a reason considering it was blank and it was difficult to remove when I tried. She looks at the scuffed bit on the SIDE of the box, the SMALLEST SIDE, and she scoffs at me. If she had such an issue she could have given me tape or something to cover it. I really do hate coming to this post office and try not to but today I had to, next time I’ll make the trip to my usual one. The other people at the post office are quite nice, one guy in particular who’s very nice but it’s usually always this lady when I come.

Nobody answers the phone, EVER. Dropped off 18 packages half of them are still marked as “USPS waiting for package” well into the next day. Have to leave work to go handle this now because they can’t answer a simple phone call.

Too bad I can't give -10. I haven't seen such lack of profesionalism in a government agency. You don't expect the best of service but this location is terrible. You put the mail on hold and it gets delivered, lying in their online comments . Packages showing "out for delivery" and at 6:30 PM not being delivered for an entire day. You pay for the package to be delivered, USPS takes money from the Government. This entire location needs badly change of personnel. Please hire competent people who can deliver the mail.

I will definitely give this post office an A+, the staff is very helpful. Furthermore, it's usually not crowded and much cheaper than the UPS store nearby. All your needs in one place, from overnight delivery and priority mail. I highly recommend this place.
