- XXxLostx3 days ago1.0This place is horrible. Weeks in advance I booked a passport appointment. Just to waste cab fare and they are going to tell me that the person is not there to do the passports. I asked the lady behind the counter and she was really rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. The supervisor then told me that I would just have to book another appointment for the passport. This place is a joke. Do not come here.

Worst location to come to so I don’t recommend coming here ever, it will get you pissed off. Ya need to fire whoever is in charge of the passport, she’s so unprofessional.
