- AAAldo AltamiranoJul 13, 20261.0Worse USPS ever. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to renew a passport. Took the day off from work and I showed up there 10 minutes in advance as suggested. The person in charge of passport wasn't there. "She is sick. Make appointment for another day" was the answer. No apologies, no nothing, without even looking at me when talking. You know, at least place a sign in the window, but nothing. The way this people are is just unbelievable. I really hope they all get fired. I have no sympathy for USPS, then they complain when their budget gets cutoff.
