- NONelson Olan3 days ago1.0These people are very unreliable. Every time they always say that the place is closed. This place is never closed every time I get a package. I have to go there and pick it up. Why would you lie to us? And tell us that the place is closed. When it is not closed when you know you didn't even go there. The time says 2 o'clock, we are open at 2 o'clock. We're open till 7 at night. Every day. You guys are very, very undependable.

It had thousands of dollars worth of valuables - a ps5, yeezys/margiella/jordan shoes, clothes, laptop and monitor, etc. After basic training graduation, i had it shipped from my apt in the bronx to the tech school i was at in texas. I created the shipping label 2/27, and after some delay it was picked up 3/7. I waited until 3/20, but there was no transit or processing scans since it was marked as accepted. The usps jerome station picked this package up. I made missing package claims and insurance claims, as well as contacting various usps dept and resources. I heard nothing and received nothing, except for a very reduced value for the insurance claims i put on the package. I suspect theft and fraud.
