Be patient. Almost like a monitor DMV with the wai time. Staff on the customer service level are professional, polite and positive. Management is ridiculous in regards to assigning amount to staff to which area. Great at paper mail delivery. Below average in package delivery. Expect to show up next day for your package. They don't deliver in my personal experience.

This location is horrible, the customer service is nonchalant and deplorable. I went in for a simple pick up, was the only person in line for pick up with my slip just to be ignored. Very understaffed very dirty. Obvious water stains on the ceiling tile and the vents look like they haven't been cleaned in months which could be an and on ti why it also smells moldy and funky in there. Highly dissatisfied with this location.

Terrible service. They keep delivering mail into wrong addresses. They don't answer phone when you call. It's just terrible. They should fire all employees and replace them with new ones from another area with experience on delivering mail and customer service.
