My local Post office and I have to go to other post office because every-time i go there, there is always a problem either my label is wrong, their printer is not working, the box is not valid always something and is only at this post office! Like just install a self service machine at this point!

- KJKendra JosephJun 16, 20261.0I’ve left several reviews on the poor service. No matter how many reviews and feedback no changes are made. I waited an hour in line . When I got to the front, I was told the QR code reader doesn’t work. Options given was to print it out at staples or drive to another location (spend gas) to have it processed. A small sign barely legible was on the window with 50 other signs unorganized. I came on my day off as I anticipate a long wait. But to wait AND still not get the service I needed…terrible experience. One clerk was audibly arguing and screaming at another customer on arrival. That should have been my cue to leave.
