They keep things running smoothly, even during busy times, and always treat customers with kindness and respect. Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you both!

I had a very disturbing experience with a staff member named Maria at this post office.
From the very first sentence, she spoke to me in an aggressive and hostile tone, essentially shouting at me without any clear reason. I have never encountered such behavior from a customer service representative before. It was shocking and completely unacceptable.
The way she treated me was not only unprofessional, but also emotionally distressing. The incident was severe enough that it triggered anxiety for me for days afterward.
It is genuinely concerning that someone with this kind of attitude is allowed to represent a public service in the United States. Customer service should be based on respect and basic human decency—something that was entirely missing in this interaction.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through the same experience.
