- CACarolina AlduezMar 19, 20261.0My experience with this postal office was very negative. I sent a pair of keys to New Jersey and paid for Priority service with signature required. A few days later, the envelope was returned to my address completely empty, along with a handwritten note stating that the envelope had arrived empty at the New Jersey facility. This situation creates serious mistrust and raises major concerns about the integrity and ethics in how mail is handled at this Bronx office. Additionally, the lack of professionalism is unacceptable—not only due to the loss of the contents, but also because of the informal manner in which the incident was communicated. A truly upsetting experience and far below what is expected from a postal service.
