- TTTonya3 days ago1.0I answered the intercom and buzzed the carrier into the building's secure lobby. I immediately walked downstairs to the lobby to retrieve my package. The entire transition took less than minutes. Upon arriving in the lobby, the carrier was gone, and there was no package left inside, outside, or near the mailboxes. Because I interacted with the carrier via intercom and arrived downstairs immediately, there was no opportunity for an outside party to enter the secure lobby and steal the package. Therefore, I strongly suspect the carrier scanned the item as delivered but did not leave it on the premises. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!!
