- MCMC ChowApr 25, 20261.0I work for shipping company myself in the past so I know how to tape the package well. The Usps customer services said my package is not well tape, the thing inside can possibly roll out , but I already tape few layers and it is just a piece of clothing inside. I said i do not have tape with me and ask if she can help, she then said if to tape they charge so I said no need thank you and she try to pull the top of the box next to the tapes which will further loosen the tapes. I ask her why is she pulling and seeing she is actually loosen the tapes doing so, right there i questioned her and tell her to stop. I ask to take a picture after she printed the label with the QC code i provided her, as a record for shipper she and her coworkers refuse to let me and being sarcastic , She even said I talked too much when I confronted her not to rip my package tape as I am literally seeing her doing it with my eyes. I told them their customer service is suck. I am a manager managing my store so I know how bad is their customer service skill. Two younger ladies working Saturday 4/25/2026 at 8:30am. Your customers are not stupid, unless your manager is like you. If in my store you are fire and I will replace you with new hires. USPS you should look into your staffs performance and see customers reviews. No wonder your business is going downhill
- JAJulianne AguilarApr 20, 20265.0Super friendly workers, I filled out my mail envelope wrong, and she told me how to do it properly and taped it up for me since the original envelope couldn’t be resealed without tape. This was 30 minutes before closing as well.
