- GSGustavo Adolfo Escalona SidrianJun 16, 20261.0Envié un paquete de España (valencia) a el Bronx a la dirección de mi hija, un iPhone 14 plus y no quisieron asegurarlo por su precio vigente unos 300€ me dijeron que solo podía asegurar el envío por 80€ el paquete llegó muy rápido y un trabajador o trabajadora muy incompetente entrego el paquete en el edificio y no pidió una identificación a la persona, no llamaron a mi hija y la persona que firmó ni siquiera hizo una firma correcta solo unas rayas! Quién responde por eso?Como contratan a personas tan ineptas que no saben hacer su trabajo? Creí que el correo Americano era bueno pero de verdad me asombro por lo indiferentes que son a la hora de hacer una reclamación, no les importa nada! No vale la pena enviar nada por ahí porque se pierde...y eso que es la Potencia mundial 🤔

- CACel AleMay 19, 20261.0Literally appalled and shocked at the service I and others received at this post office. Lady with the blonde wig, black rimmed glasses and nose ring should not be working at any federal establishment. Who is hiring these people? She was cursing and screaming behind the counter meanwhile there was a LONG line waiting to be serviced, she got on her personal cellphone and was screaming at her boyfriend about a personal issue meanwhile the customer she had at the counter had no idea how to proceed on the pin pad, she yelled at him “ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!!”. Employees are supposed to go over the questions with customers and not walk away mid service yelling and screaming. When the gentleman came back with a question about his receipt she yelled at him “I SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR”. meanwhile the poor guy didn’t even do or say anything to warrant this treatment. Unfortunately this branch stays in business because the majority of customers are immigrants who speak limited english and they feel they have no other option but to accept this kind of service. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. Avoid at all costs.
