  I pride myself on being a pretty even tempered, go with the flow, kind of person but outright disrespectful behavior is not ok. I just waited over an hour, very patiently, to get a package shipped and finally got to the front desk, I made sure to greet kindly because I knew they'd be stressed with the long line, but this old woman in a hijab at the window was incredibly rude and unhelpful just waving me to get a label far away with no actual directions, refused to let me use a pen that was right at the window so I had to borrow one from a stranger in line, then she got annoyed at me when I came back with the wrong thing. She then told me to pay for a label instead of whatever writing I could have done for free but she spoke so quietly and unclearly that I had no idea what she meant for me to do and I had to get to class so I frustratedly just left. I've been coming here for months and they're very understaffed but the other tellers are pretty alright as long as you don't have an attitude. This woman however is always very rude to me right away (and I've witnessed her attitude to others too) and she needs to be fired or moved to a place in the office not in the public. This package had to be paid for the normal way but normally I have a QR code. Just the other day, after months of coming here, I was told I could just use the machine to scan and ship with. None of the tellers ever told me that the entire half a year I've been using this office. The building itself is always very hot and dirty with occasional fans going to somewhat help. Tellers are overrun and the whole process is very disorganized. Often the tellers are unclear with their directions and they're very difficult to hear because they often don't speak up to be heard past their window. This creates more problems than there needs to be and they wonder why people get irritated. Please someone overhaul this location.

  This is the second time they have lost my package, I got the informed delivery. It’s says it’s out for delivery, then an hour later it’s at a different post office. Then the lady going to tell me part of the address is missing it’s a pVT house!!!! It’s had been two weeks and every two days I get a notification that it’s coming. The lady speaks broken English thru a glass like how the hell am I supposed to understand her!!! I’m so over this place!!!!! And they NEVER I mean NEVER answer the phone, I really think they have unplugged it!! B

  The woman who “helped” me told me “I don’t have an attitude. I speak sternly, sir” as she gave me attitude. I send packages out of here regularly and she demanded I tape a package that’s the same size and weight as I normally send. It’s no wonder there is a 1.6 star review. It should be worse.

  Overly angry cuz I went over to pick up a package over four times and the first time I was told they had the package but I needed to give proper id which was understandable the next three times I came I provided everything I needed and was rudely told to go home and they didn’t have the package and they just kept repeating for me to leave and come back. I needed the package over a month ago and I still don’t have it. Overly frustrating but I’m more mad at myself for not saying anything after the clear disrespect.
