Worst post office imaginable! They will never deliver a package that is larger than your mailbox. When you try to get redeliver the option doesn't appear and one of the option does appear they will never deliver your package. Once a redelivery fails they must try the next day to redeliver it this post office does not do that. You're calling complain multiple times and nothing gets done and you won't get your package. You must go to the post office to take it out and spend almost an hour to pick up. Dealing with long lines and horrible service. Do everyone a favor and fire everyone at this post office!!!!

Staff works in their pace and this location doesn’t hire enough people to support it.
The workers while they seem to know what they are doing, does not work fast or well enough together as a team to be productive around clients, they misinform them having them make lines with out explaining which line is for which ultimately causing a waste of time.

Between losing a package in their possession.
To some employees having the nasty demeanor in a customer service field
To now. I now its 1:30 and I have to return to pick up my package because the window is close. The front is busy and I can't receive my package.
I really hate the ppl who want great customer service, works in a customer service field and give the worst service

They really don’t deserve any starts at all. The supervisor needs to be replaced ASAP. There is no way that I’ve been here since 2pm and it’s 3:29 and no one has brought my mail up. The carriers are terrible the lady stopped delivering our mail for over a month.
