  Went here to mail off two packages. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful in helping me decide on which envelope to mail my items in. Along with explaining to me the different shipping rates. Also the trip was quick, there was no line.

  Siempre pago mi renta por aquí, hoy voy como de costumbre y no me reciben mi tarjeta dicen que ya no aceptan tarjetas de débito. Le pregunto la señora que esta a la derecha cuando uno entra. Pues me responde de una forma preponte y arrogante y una voz. Que ella no sabía porque No se para que trabajan de servicios al clientes si no están para servir. Ella no habla español. Debe estar en la parte de atrás donde no vean a nadie. Tienes un servicio pésimo. Porque siempre la Boricua es quien me atiende pero lamentablemente no estaba hoy.

  This post office is always clean and the lines are never long. I recently went in to ship a return item, the simplest of tasks I know but there were two labels on the box, a mistake on my part. I literally was scolded by this woman behind the counter, "why did you put two labels on the box, it doesn't need two labels" instead of simply helping and just removing the label she catches an attitude and hands me back the package. Ok I removed it and went on my way. I hope she's not there next time because I've never dealt with her before nor do I want to again.

  I must go there at a great time whenever I go. There are usually 1-2 people at the counter and one of the ladies there is always nice to me and smiles when she talks. I usually come to see a line of 3 or 4 people in front of me, but sometimes it's empty when I get there, then right before I'm done putting my label on and doing everything package related, I'll see a bunch of people just walk in. I don't think tape is free here, but I don't think I've seen a usps that gave free tape anyway. You can get boxes though. I usually get them on the phone when I call, so that's nice. They are just a drop-off location, not a pick-up location. This place is so unnoticeable though. I'll even walk past it and not realize it. My mom drives by there all the time and not until I told her about the usps did she realize it was there.
