- DDDavinaJul 20, 20261.0This post office has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The employees consistently have rude attitudes and make customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. Every time I’ve asked for something as simple as tape or scissors, the answer is an immediate “no” with no explanation or willingness to help. I understand there may be policies about those items, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that. What stands out the most is the complete lack of basic courtesy. No greeting, no “How are you?”, and not even a “Have a nice day” when you leave. Customer service isn’t just about processing packages, it’s about treating people with respect. A simple smile or kind word can make someone’s day, but that seems to be missing here. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and invests in hiring and training staff who actually care about providing good customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect.

They treat their "hours" as a vague suggestion, often taking a 1.5 hour lunch break at random and completely unpredictable times. Today they had a sign up saying their lunch break was 2:30–4pm... but mind you, the post office closes at 4pm, so basically they closed at 2:30 but won't admit it. Every day is like this. Employees are rude and dismissive to everyone. And this is not even getting into all of the checks that have been mysteriously stolen out of the mail in this neighborhood...

She initially instructed me the wrong way, then corrected herself and made me pay again for her error. This is unacceptable, and she should be fired for her racism and prejudice.
