Each time I get a package delivery they say they make an attempt ( never does) while saying they left a notice (never do) and expect me to come and pick it up. Not only do you want me to pick up but you never delivered it in the beginning so I have no notice and when I get to the post office you give a hard time with pick up or the post office is full and they all hate their jobs so they move slow as molasses and are nasty about it. You get paid to do a job so do the whole job or find a new one !

- GGGeorge GouldsmithJul 22, 20261.0If I could give this USPS location a zero rating, I would. I sent a certified legal letter to a location in Bronx NY. After arriving at the NYC Distribution Center, I stopped getting tracking updates. I filed a USPS lost letter request, and a CS supervisor named Omar Ventura responded a few days later. He claimed the letter was delivered (but had no proof) but the tracking and signature wasn't done. I called the destination, and they said they received nothing. It's bad losing a legal letter in the mail, but it's worse when an USPS CS supervisor lies to you. And you can't get your money back for the horrible USPS delivery service. What a joke !
