I was originally really nervous to ask for help or to even go to the post office because my package was marked as delivered but I never received it. Arlene made sure that everything went smoothly and was extremely helpful, professional, and really nice about it. She made the process so much easier, all I had to say was that a package never made it to my house and she immediately knew what to do. She was very sweet, patient, and helpful with helping me find my package. And she already took full care of it, ensuring that I receive my package. Thank you Arlene!!

The carriers out of this station will either not deliver packages and let them get scheduled for redelivery or they sometimes mark them off as delivered to meet their quota then deliver them on a different date and other times they’ll drop them off on any stoop just to say they are delivered. It’s a pretty lazy bunch. Especially this weekend coming off a holiday with rain, there was probably a big buildup of packages so the carrier probably found a nice hiding place to watch TV in the back of the truck, then took all the packages back to the station as miss attempts. Forget about if you actually have to come to the office to pick up the package, you’ll be there for hours. Your ID won’t be good enough they say you need a bill and the slip that they did not deliver. There’s usually only one window open with someone pretending to count money at the second window. I’ve also seen someone pretend to wipe a window with a little napkin for 30 minutes. It’s a shame, why be that lazy and useless, idk I just try to use Amazon instead as much as possible. When I use eBay, they never believe me when I tell them the post carriers are falsifying documents.

The worst post office 6 windows and 1 worker. 1 hour on line the rest of the workers sit in the back or walk around pretending they are working. Alot of laughter in the back over 12 people on line 3.2.2026

I will give the store 0 stars but unfortunately its not allow it. Horrible service, number 8th in line and spend more than 1h. Supervisor apparently don't care about customers. People complaining about the waiting and she was just walking around. I wonder if store Stop receiving customers they will keep it open. Customer satisfaction is crucial.
