  Had an appointment at 12pm yesterday for passport. Not only was I asked to wait 2 extra hours due to short staff, but when I rated my experience bad on the touch screen staff threatened to screen my mail and became hostile towards me. A supervisor was present the entire experience and said nothing to help the situation.

  It’s always a problem; I make an appointment for a passport, but they don't see me because the staff member has to help someone else or the system is down—it’s as if they don't have any other staff available to help. They also claim they tried to deliver a package, but I have a camera at my door and that’s not true; they don't actually come up to deliver the package—they just leave the delivery slip in the mailbox so you have to come pick it up here.

  The absolute worst mail delivery man on earth. I literally watch him walk around the block multiple times smoking cigarettes drinking coffee and or talking on his phone or just standing in from of a building. He does the southern blvd area whichever route includes 2311 southern blvd. He is the worst. Refuses to deliver small packages that fit in mailboxes. Causing you to have to go in person to pick up a package that was set up for delivery. Please get us better delivery personnel ~sincerely~ The entire Bronx area

  This West Farm Post Office is horrible, I been talking to them since June 1, for my package to be redelivered, they first said the attempt fail. Now they said the would deliver it never received it, then they it was no carrier, spoke to post office again it going on two week no one deliver the package I informed them that my sister is a senior and live alone and can't come pick it up. I have a service number, I gave it to them once again, I look at other reviews and this post office is lying about delivering packages or sending it it the next day, West Farm don't even answer the phone. I would like to know wt been done with the package. I going to reach out to somebody about what is West Farm Post, they need to investigate that post office

  One star Cause cant do 0 star, This place its beyond ridicules. My packages never gets deliver, only attempted. So today i went to pick up my FAKE attempted package cause even the building has elevator the slip was conveniently in my mailbox. Last time i check delivery should be done to the apartment door not the building door!!! Im in line, there is a guy and a woman in front of me, they also come with the same business to pick up a package. Two ppl should be fast . Guy behind the counter took they tracking numbers one by one - took him an hour to find and give them the one package each , my was a bit faster 20 min. I spend 1h 20 min together to get my package . INSANITY , DISGRACE , DUMB MANAGMENT Anybody with similar experience should post it on Google maps!
