- ESEvelyn StevensJan 12, 20231.0Even though I had a pleasant experience with the employees there and wait time was less than 2 min. It’s because the computers are down. They have no internet and I ended up paying double for shipping my package because they couldn’t scan my code . On top of that I still can’t track my package. It’s very inconvenient. I don’t know where my package is and neither do they.
