- AAAnonymousJun 8, 20261.0The bot needs to go when someone calls. I've tried speaking five different languages, cursing up a storm, and even singing over the constant chatter. It tells me I have a choice of music while I'm on hold, but no matter what I pick, I don't hear any music. Instead, I'm forced to listen to some guy and woman endlessly talking back and forth about random things nobody cares about, or should already know by 2026. I'm honestly not sure whether I was supposed to feel informed, insulted, or inspired to blast death metal through the phone until a human finally answered. Either way, the experience was more irritating than helpful.

The workers themselves are fine, they just need help at peak hours. The one good thing I could say about this location, is the huge parkinglot they have for customers. Otherwise, the location is clean.
- DADenise ArringtonJan 16, 20261.0I am calling this post office right now for the 30th time since 9 am and the phone just ring for about 3 minutes then go busy. Someone picked up1 time and didn't say anything. Another time they put the call on hold. Your customer's mail is important to them and if your post office place our mail at the wrong location we deserve answers. My mail was marked delivered to a parcel locker but there was no key in my mailbox. I was actually in the lobby at the time they said they delivered the package. It's ashame how customers put they're trust in receiving service we pay for and the company doesn't even care. Still calling no answer. Where's the supervisors that allow their staff to ignore these calls. This is the only number they provide for this office so there should be someone there to answer. The company I placed my order with also provide this same number to try to locate our packages before they lose money replacing replacing our orders if possible. Still calling.

I came downstairs for my package but she put it in the truck and told me to come down in 30-40 mins and she was gone before the time she set for me to come back and didn’t even leave my package near my door before she left ! Very lazy ! Poor customer service skills !
