- VHviena HernandezJun 2, 20261.0This is the worst USPS Post Office I have ever visited. The customer service here is extremely unprofessional. The women working at this location were rude, disrespectful, and spoke to me in a very inappropriate way. As a pregnant woman, the way I was treated affected me deeply. I felt humiliated, mistreated, and discriminated against. The emotional stress from this experience was so serious that I ended up needing medical attention at the hospital. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY BABY, PREPARE FOR A LAWSUIT!!!! This is not the first time they have problem with a client and they dont do anything to solve the problem. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially not a pregnant woman. This location needs serious improvement in customer service, respect, professionalism, and how they treat people from the community. I do not recommend this Post Office to anyone.

The lady (mentioned and pictured in several reviews) attempted to deny my package twice, first because the “system is down” when I said the label was preprinted and prepaid she denied it because she didn’t like the tape I used. Don’t bother going here. I was able to drop off the exact same package later at a post office in manhattan with no issues.
