- GGGasP4ckMay 8, 20263.0Lazy workers - Package scanned “Arrived at post office” at 12pm. Go at 1pm the worker tries to shoo me away saying it’s on the truck because she didn’t feel like looking for it. See my delivery driver 1 hour later and guess what? He doesn’t have it on the truck. Fast forward another day it still isn’t here! I guess I will just have to hope it shows up one day 🤦♂️ I’ll give 3 stars because this post office has been reliable in the past but it is declining very bad nothing but issues lately! Why are you struggling to deliver 5 minutes away??

The lady (mentioned and pictured in several reviews) attempted to deny my package twice, first because the “system is down” when I said the label was preprinted and prepaid she denied it because she didn’t like the tape I used. Don’t bother going here. I was able to drop off the exact same package later at a post office in manhattan with no issues.

Horrible customer service and it sad to say that the supervisor in this facility doesn’t even acknowledge the staff behavior and this is why they think it’s acceptable. The young lady on clerk #8 was giving me a hard time because i wanted to return a package and the package wasn’t sealed I explain to her that per the instructions it’s says that it tells me other wise she replied well I don’t work for fashion nova I work for usps. Giving me smart remarks. This is my first time returning something at the post office I wasn’t aware. She comes off really rude. I came in on 4/27/2026 @3:14pm. She held up the rest of the line going back and forth with me
