- DBDarnisha Buckley4 days ago1.0What's the point of having a line system when the staff does not reinforce it?? I just came from this place. Forecast: down pour. Standing in line patiently and people walking in, skipping the line. Im yelling at them to get on the line and the staff are ignoring everything. They don't care. One lady was cheating to the staff for about 20-30 minutes-pointless chichats, just waisting time. If you really need to go to this post office, take the whole day off. Hell, when you get to the window, you spend 20-30 taking about your life and meaningless things. Or just skip the line. Nobody cares.

- LALindsay AlbuttMay 9, 20261.0Worst service of any post office. Saw no less than 5 different employees and still waited over 30 minutes to drop off a package with only 3 people in front of me. At one point there was not a single person helping a customer for over 5 minutes.

- FGFiordaliza GarciaMar 20, 20261.0Don’t believe the walking hours for passport applications, was there since 7:30 am just to be told at 8:00 they decided not to take any walk-ins. Even though I make sure I pass by the day before and asked them, I was told yes. Horrible service and waste of time.
