Worst service of any post office. Saw no less than 5 different employees and still waited over 30 minutes to drop off a package with only 3 people in front of me. At one point there was not a single person helping a customer for over 5 minutes.

Don’t believe the walking hours for passport applications, was there since 7:30 am just to be told at 8:00 they decided not to take any walk-ins. Even though I make sure I pass by the day before and asked them, I was told yes. Horrible service and waste of time.

I pass by two other post offices to get here because they give great customer service and the lines are short and fast (opps! Me and my big mouth I think I just told my secret).

This post office is the worst. It is frequently busy & often little front of the house staff present. The kiosk which can save me up to 6 hrs a week ( small business owner 500+pkgs yr ) in waiting time but is often not working or unable to scan shipping labels or QR codes when it is working, but always avaliable to collect funds for stamps ... Some staff *not all(there are 2 that are always cheerful & helpful) and a few that are not as nice but none as rude as one particular staff member . She comes off short, rude, condescending and dismissive, she comes off miserable and disgruntled ,her answers to questions are short and unclear....almost like your dumb or bothering her by even asking. I imagine she's near retirement & seems weary.. Understandable!! Short Staff, Long Days I Get it .& have smiled my way thru her painful service before . I SUGGEST they should have her work in the back perhaps, as she has complained openly about other staff members while making condescending service remarks both about her coworkers and her job duties which never solved or added any insight to my still ongoing problems mentioned both above and below in this review Beyond the fact kiosk is often down the lines can be brutality long. Its a really accurate reflection of our government and its service for the very people who keep it running! I recently mailed a package ground delivery rate. IT'S BEEN LOST FOR 3 WEEKS. Mailed on the 7th stopped tracking on the 11th and nothing since.. So after repeat inquiries at this post office ,which it was mailed from, and a investigation from the post office it was mailed to...it's been revealed the parcel is still in NY... it was only going to PA a state which is literally next door. I totally lost my temper while sending a replacement for the gift I sent on the 7th and being charged double to do it.. I dont know how else to say it .. I blacked out .... I just went ham... I'm so embarrassed and ashamed of my own behavior but when the manager told me he had been doing me a favor by trying to find it....I LOST IT....completely lost it...he had said he would call; it had been a week.. No call so I showed up for a update.. my package was important... and still is ... so I dont feel like you looking for and finding something I paid to put in your care , had to replace and now have to pay double to resend is in anyway doing me a favor three weeks after I gave it to you. SIR..... I called the 800 # just to find out he was not making inquiries about the package the case was closed, never reopened and no further inquires were made.. So he too was just being dissmissive and had wasted a week of my time in tracking down what really happened to my parcel. While standing in line on another occasion I witnessed the most disrespectful exchange between a postal worker and a costumer, and a third person on a phone of the customer.. ending with a door being slammed in the customers face and the police being called on a person who just wants to know what happened to their money order and how they could fix it. Totally outrageous!!!!! I wish I had filmed it! Now I will have to go way out of my way to mail packages because of the issues that their lack or concern along with my absolutely terrible way of handling the situation has caused.. If you dont like you job, if your unhappy serving people, if you need some time off.. please take a min to find that peace, because being nasty must rub off... cause I was so out of my character today that I literally ran home to pray and play praise music..... and just to let you know I identify as American and am not easy to anger.. I will / have apologized for my behavior before your reading this. This its a review about service . And what people have forgotten about customer service, pride in their professions, and going a step further to help the next person.. Especially when those people are their existing long term paying customers.
