  If I could i would give this office "0" stars. They will lose your delivery and give you the run around. They will put delivered and not really deliver. I recommend try to divert your mail elsewhere because USPS is not dependable. I lost my delivery and money like i was yesterdays garbage.

  I come here a lot as I run a small business. It’s generally packed but I do take advantage of the extended hours. The APC (automated postal center machine) was broken for months, but they finally fixed it and it’s been working for several weeks. So that’s a plus. The reason for my poor review is that there are often people screaming and complaining to the postal workers behind the glass: swearing and honestly sounding quite dangerous more than once. One day I was walking by this post office - unrelated to my service experience but not really: and there was a truck driving on the sidewalk to get into the garage (I assume). A woman outside who works for the post office I might add: SCREAMED at me to take my f- word headphones off. I told her that it’s Sunday, and I was walking ON THE SIDEWALK. She swore at me, and said she hopes I get run over. Multiple times. This is absolutely disgusting and I can’t believe that someone who works for the government would have the nerve to mistreat someone- again, for walking where pedestrians legally have the right of way and not cars. So, not to be petty, I will be filing a complaint. Have worse things happened? Maybe. Is this completely inappropriate behavior that has rarely happened to me in my life? 100% yes. No one deserves to be treated this way, having a stroll on the sidewalk listening to music. My phone was in my bag, and my eyes were up. Now my eyes are also open.

  This is the worst, I went there yesterday to send a package, I got there at 8:00, they opened the door and for about 15 minutes there was nobody at any of the workstations. By the time one employee decides to start working there was a line, and to add insult to injury she sat there just to tell everyone one by one to use the self-serve kiosk because her barcode scanner or whatever they use to process mail and packages is not working. Then there was a line for the self-service with people struggling, and the lone worker sitting at her desk observing doing nothing. Just infuriating!

  This post office is the best and I waited comfortably and this was my first time getting my passport book. And I rate this location 999 Trillion Stars.
