She then said if I want to inquire about it then I needed to have the top of the money order (that I don’t have) and pay $21 for the inquiry. Asked to speak to a manager and she said they are in a meeting and she will ask them to come then turned around and said that location had no manager or supervisor on site generally. She kept changing her story and becoming irate during the conversation. I don’t not appreciate her behavior. The service at this site is always poor and the attitudes are terrible. They need to do better and there needs to be repercussions for conduct unbecoming. Her name tag says, Ms.Kay.
