  SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THE CURRENT SUPERVISOR ON SATURDAY ALL ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EVERY TIME I COME HERE ITS A LONG WAIT AND THE MOST UNHELPFUL STAFF IS IT BECAUSE ITS IN THE BRONX AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT ADEQUATELY STAFFED IDK BUT I ADVISED YOU NOT TO SPEND TOME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AND THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED ASAP ITS A USELESS USPS!

  The driver said no safe delivery for my package but all postal worker has a master key to get in all buildings with zip 10458 and it could be left in front of my door it has been done before I used to work for usps has a carrier so I know sucks lazy postal worker all my customers loved me

  The employees here show up to work every day and are completely blindsided that people need to pick up/drop off packages or use any other USPS service. The lines to pick up a package here are truly unbelievable (they take literal hours), and no one who works here has any sense of urgency or ability to be efficient. It is incredible to run a business that is dreaded and reviled by the entire surrounding area.

  Esta es la oficina postal más desorganizada que he visto. Recientemente comencé a usar General Delivery, cuando vi que mi paquete había llegado me dirijo a buscarlo y me dicen que el paquete no está. Hablo con el sender y me dicen que ya está en la oficina. Ellos quieren culpar a los senders cuando la culpa la tienen ellos por ser tan desorganizados y como a ellos no les costó el paquete, muy fácil nos dicen que pidamos reembolso. Mi trabajo es colaborar con marcas, mi única fuente de ingresos viviendo en un shelter y como madre soltera. Si no aparece mi paquete no duden en que los voy a demandar con el Estado por su mal servicio y negligencia. Y el personal que trabaja ahí ya no tiene fuerza para bregar con paquetes porque son personas muy mayores de edad. Que abuso Dios mío. Ahí mismo les tuvieron que llamar a la policía porque se había perdido unas cenizas de la abuela de un usuario.

  This post office has the lazyest delivery workers ever!!!!! How is a package our for delivery for 12+ hours and still doesn't get delivered 🤬🤬 then has the balls to send email saying you have to pick up the package from them. The funny part is that the delivery guys lives in my building... unbelievable they should all be fired!!!!
