Absolute scam. Was told I had to go to a full FedEx office for them to take my QR code (which, according to FedEx, is not true), then said the closest one was nearly 30 mins away and my options were either go home and print the label myself (which would’ve taken far longer than the 30 min drive) or pay nearly 9 dollars for them to print a single piece of paper and tape it on. All sources online say they should take this QR code for free with no problem as they are an authorized ship center. Do not come here with your packages, this feels like a scam

This place is a scam they wanted 10$ to laminate 1 A4 paper… also right in front of me they said to a customer that his total for everything was 200something dollars and then they asked him to pay 50$ for a box to put it in…. What a scam… avoid at all cost… also the person that works there has no clue of customer service he barely talked like he was bored and you force him to work plus he was rude… I wonder what keeps them open

I used to go post net for anything or everything. I thought for a sec they out here to help us and others. Like ups. USPS etc. but suddenly this store started robbing people. Just to print a paper $6+. Passport and id size photo $80. Like they think it’s normal. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The $6.5 charge to use computer for a minute so I can print the shipping label is seriously ridiculous. It’s just unreasonable. They also charged $1.5 to tape and did not say anything. The pricing is nowhere near the computer for you to know. Not a honest business. Never coming back. No one should go there.

While the service was good They also charge a 6.50$ computer rental fee To just print 1 single sheet of paper. I’m never opposed to paying some what of a premium for small businesses as I don’t mind supporting however this is the most expensive print I have ever purchased. This is a regular sheet of paper let’s be glad I didn’t need it on cardstock. If you just need to print a couple of documents this place is not for you. The service was good and the young man at the counter was excellent. But these prices…
