Was told I had to go to a full FedEx office for them to take my QR code (which, according to FedEx, is not true), then said the closest one was nearly 30 mins away and my options were either go home and print the label myself (which would’ve taken far longer than the 30 min drive) or pay nearly 9 dollars for them to print a single piece of paper and tape it on. All sources online say they should take this QR code for free with no problem as they are an authorized ship center. Do not come here with your packages, this feels like a scam

What a scam… avoid at all cost… also the person that works there has no clue of customer service he barely talked like he was bored and you force him to work plus he was rude… I wonder what keeps them open

USPS etc. but suddenly this store started robbing people. Just to print a paper $6+. Passport and id size photo $80. Like they think it’s normal. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

They also charged $1.5 to tape and did not say anything. The pricing is nowhere near the computer for you to know. Not a honest business. Never coming back. No one should go there.

I’m never opposed to paying some what of a premium for small businesses as I don’t mind supporting however this is the most expensive print I have ever purchased.
