My family was pressed for time and I contacted Postnet because of the same day service for printing. One of the workers Abraham was extremely helpful, didn’t rush the process, communicated with me greatly and assured me of when my items would be complete. Him and the designers executed my vision and in such an excellent time frame. Thank you! Great service!

Was told I had to go to a full FedEx office for them to take my QR code (which, according to FedEx, is not true), then said the closest one was nearly 30 mins away and my options were either go home and print the label myself (which would’ve taken far longer than the 30 min drive) or pay nearly 9 dollars for them to print a single piece of paper and tape it on. All sources online say they should take this QR code for free with no problem as they are an authorized ship center. Do not come here with your packages, this feels like a scam

What a scam… avoid at all cost… also the person that works there has no clue of customer service he barely talked like he was bored and you force him to work plus he was rude… I wonder what keeps them open
