UPDATE MAY 2026: CRITICAL WARNING — PATTERN OF THEFT AND NEGLIGENCE I am now convinced that packages are being stolen at this location. On Monday, May 11, 2026, I dropped off four USPS packages and received a physical receipt for the transaction. Despite this proof, three of the four items—tracking numbers ending in 8760, 6045, and 6038—have completely vanished and show zero movement in the carrier's system. When I returned to the store to address this, the supervisor was hostile and dismissive white infront of other customers . He refused to check internal logs or security footage to confirm the items were actually handed to the USPS driver, instead using the receipt as an excuse to ignore the problem. This is no longer a simple "scanning error"; it is a systemic issue where property vanishes once it enters this store's custody. ORIGINAL REVIEW (DEC 2025): I previously reported a package (tracking ending in 9950) that was accepted by this store but never reached the carrier. Having multiple packages disappear in this exact manner points to a clear pattern of internal theft or gross negligence. Do not leave your property here; it is not safe. BELOW IS A REPLY providing a drop-off receipt only proves your store took custody of the items, not that they safely left your premises. A receipt proves you took responsibility for my property. However, 75% of a shipment vanishing into thin air from your store is not a standard 'USPS scanning error'—it is an anomaly that warrants an actual investigation, which you as a supervisor refused to do. Hiding behind a receipt instead of simply reviewing your store's security footage to verify the USPS pickup is a major red flag. When I asked for help you ad a supervisor at the location outright refused to check internal logs or security footage to verify the USPS handoff and instead brushed me off in front of other customers. While USPS scanning errors happen, three out of four packages vanishing simultaneously from a single drop-off is a systemic failure. If you truly 'personally witnessed' the driver take them, reviewing the timestamped security footage should have been an easy first step to clear your staff. Since you’ve chosen to be dismissive rather than helpful, I will be escalating this matter directly to PostNet Corporate and filing a formal complaint with the USPS Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) to investigate the handling of mail at this location. I’ll let the carrier and your corporate office determine why 75% of a shipment vanished under your care.

I usually always visit in the afternoons. Staff like Zach have been incredibly responsive and quick to help all customers. Currently standing outside this business with several others waiting for the past 20min for the business to open. Business was supposed to open at 10am. Employee is inside casually sitting and counting cash while more customers stand outside waiting and knocking on the door.
