  This place has a $6.50 printer fee… The printing service fee felt high relative to the service provided, which makes it difficult for some as to access a basic resource. The community would appreciate more affordable options for people nearby.

  Charged me a $6.50 "printing fee" to print some documents, but the receipt says "computer rental"... needless to say, this will be my last time using their services!

  This is a good neighborhood place to drop off your FedEx and UPS packages. Only problem is they do not immediately transmit the track information to UPS and FedEx. The tracking isn't updated until the driver actually picks up the package. So if I drop off a package on a Friday after the driver leaves usually about 4 to 4:30 p.m. My customer doesn't see that the package was dropped off until Monday evening. And they recently eliminated Saturday service.
