  Pagué $67 por una entrega garantizada antes de las 12:00 p. m., y nunca llegó a tiempo. El repartidor ni siquiera intentó entregar el paquete en mi apartamento; simplemente dejó un aviso en la planta baja. Perdí una cita médica importante y tuve que pagar un taxi para ir a recoger el paquete yo mismo. El servicio de atención al cliente también fue muy poco profesional y mostró una mala actitud.   It’s tucked away in the middle of nowhere, and you can tell hardly anyone goes there. The staff weren’t even at the front—they were in the back hanging out. I waited so long I ended up sitting down. At one point, someone poked their head out, didn’t notice me, and went right back. Security eventually had to go get them and let them know they actually had customers.

  The staff members are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Upon my arrival, I had a label but no tape, and a gentleman kindly assisted me by taping up the box. He also provided a FedEx slip and affixed my label to the box. He did not charge me extra for any of these services. The staff truly went above and beyond; they are very friendly and kind. If you greet them with a "good afternoon," they will treat you with the utmost respect. Additionally, customer parking is available, which significantly simplifies the process of delivering packages, and you can feel secure about your vehicle as there are cameras throughout the premises.

  This service is horrendous, they're rude! 😡 I receive packages very often, they arrive slamming my door. Sometimes there are children sleeping inside. I've told them several times and they don't listen, they keep doing it. They arrive slamming the door really hard, scaring the children away. I would call the police. Are there any ways to communicate
