  Chasity was so warm and friendly . She understood my printing requirements to a tee. Had the warmest smile :) she went above and beyond with my requests and gave me amazing suggestions. She is a huge asset to the staples team !!! Kudos !!!

  Staff for the printing side not helping and doing the most for customers. I placed an order and they told me It was supposed to be ready in 5 days .it was a Monday , I went next day Tuesday day to cancel and it the order was ready and I was not able to change it or cancel it. So it was a LIE . the order was ready the same day not on Friday and I was not able to make any changes. I asked for a favor since I got the wrong info for another employee the and the supervisor was very negative and unwilling to help. I understand you have to follow rules but your energy and your attitude are very important when dealing with the public . There was a very sweet lady wiling to help but the supervisor was the problem since she went to her with the request she showed not interested to accommodate me. I pay 126.00 dollar for this and they did not even a have a plastic cover for my poster. On top of not helping me to reprint my poster I have to walk out of the store in a rainy day with not protection for it . UNACCEPTABLE . I do not recommend this service for anyone.

  I came here specifically to drop off an Amazon return, and they wasted my entire morning as well as multiple other people’s. I went right at opening, but was turned away because their system for processing Amazon returns was “down.” I came back an hour later, waited in line for nearly an hour, only to be told that they had run out of return labels for Amazon drop-offs. There was no apology and no alternative offered, and the staff seemed checked out and annoyed that customers were even there. If you advertise as an Amazon return location, you need to actually be able to process Amazon returns, and that means ensuring you have the necessary supplies in stock so you don’t waste customers’ time and cause unnecessary inconvenience. Two failed attempts, zero returns completed. I’ll be taking my Amazon drop-offs to a different location from now on.

  I came in to purchase two boxes of paper on Tuesday around 5:30 PM (06/09). The employee with glasses working at the register near the copy paper section provided very poor customer service. Every time I asked a question, the only response I received was "mmhmm" repeated several times, with no effort to actually help or engage. The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when they are simply asking for assistance. Based on this experience, the employee appeared to have a significant attitude problem, and it left a very negative impression of the store.

  I opened a virtual mailbox with iPostal at 2040 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY 10462, which is run through the Staples at that address, expecting reliable handling of my business mail, including court and other official documents. Instead, my experience has been that critical mail is not handled properly. Court notices and other time‑sensitive legal documents were not correctly received, tracked, or made available to me, which led to missed deadlines and court dates and exposed me to serious legal and financial consequences. Efforts to resolve this with the Staples location and with iPostal support did not produce a clear explanation or meaningful corrective action. For a service that markets itself as a professional virtual mailbox provider, this level of unreliability with official mail is unacceptable. Based on my experience with the iPostal service at Staples at 2040 White Plains Road, I cannot recommend it for anyone who depends on timely and accurate handling of legal or government correspondence.
