- PKPete KrugerJun 5, 20261.0My P.O box in Clarkson NY has closed down and moved to Brockport NY and I showed up at 2pm on a Friday to pickup my mail and had a sign on front door CLOSED till 3:30. I don't understand I operate a business and need access to my P.O box to pickup checks so I can go to the bank. This is completely unacceptable. Also they never signed me to a personal P.O Box my mail is just sitting in the back in a bin and I need to go to the window to ask for it while waiting in line. The Brockport post office needs to figure this out!!
- ACangelina curcioJun 3, 20261.0The office is closed for 2+ hours for lunch, and it is not consistent time or days. The workers are rude, terrible customer service. When you try to call when it is “closed for lunch” during random times throughout the day, they just hang up. There is no where online that says they have lunch hours or anywhere i can see when those times are. the past 3 times i’ve gone around 3:00, 2 hours before they close, they have been on lunch break.
- KKk.Oct 19, 20231.0Went in looking for my package that was marked delivered,told the desk lady sometimes i get another ladies packages so i thought maybe it was under hers somehow, that was met with i have a good deliverer and my comment shrugged off. Ive seen packages thrown at our apt doors multiple times and ive had packages marked as delivered and delievered days or weeks later, EVERYONE knows this is common. My package is a big package she confirmed they had a big package back there told me her manager or whoever could track where it was delivered so i gave the info and tracking again and got a call from said manager who then told me hes never heard of that and doesnt know who gave me thag information because its a internation tracking. Went back insixe for a explanation and had no explanation that made sense vs what she had just said to me not even 2 mins ago. I bet anything that IS in the back cuz they dont wanna deliever it because i live on the second floor. So i have no idea why they told me they could give the gps cordinates of where my package was then turn around and say theyve never heard of that.
