I have watched package after package arrive at the Bridgeport post office ONLY TO BE SENT TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE OR ANOTHER COUNTY ALL TOGETHER! I understand mistakes can happen but this is 8 out of 10 packages in 30 days. What is going on that no o e is held accountable for continued poor performance? Also my delivery person crams packages in my mailbox and has caused damage to items that I have to pay to replace. If I had this many complaints against my performance I would be fired by now . At the LEAST these people need to be retrained

Also, when something is delivered that doesn't fit in mailbox it gets tossed onto the driveway or sidewalk with a disregard to what is inside the box. I also don't understand why when I have two packages they aren't both brought up to the house? One fits inside the mailbox and one doesnt he will separate them instead of delivering both at the door .he needs to be retrained
- KMK MFeb 5, 20201.0Delivered packages to wrong address, even though address was clearly written on the package. When questioned, realized they were delivered to the wrong location. The person who received them opened the deliveries and the packages inside, and then refused to return one out of the three packages. Person I worked with said they would "hold their mail" until it was returned. Isn't that a federal crime called "mail theft" punishable by up to 5 years? They seemed like they couldn't do anything else and were uninterested in pursuing it more. I had Amazon make good on the missing deliveries and the opened packages, thank God they were far more attentive and caring than the incredibly poor service offered by the post office, who failed in their one job, to deliver a package to the address LISTED ON PACKAGE - THREE TIMES
