- JKJanusz KusykSep 27, 20261.0Very unwilling to help staff. I came in to drop off a high-value package that had special UPS instructions requiring a signature. The staff rudely refused to sign, which I now understand may have been appropriate, but most importantly, they refused to explain why or offer any useful guidance on what I should do instead. When I asked for a UPS customer service phone number so I could clarify the requirements, I was told that “I can Google the phone number.” Even more surprisingly, I was told that they “have nothing to do with UPS,” which is a rather odd response to hear at a store operating under the UPS Store name. Instead of providing a basic customer service, the staff made no apparent to be professional or polite, and their attitude was dismissive.

The employees are always polite, and I am in and out. To avoid crowds, I go early in the morning or right before the close. All of my shipments arrive to their destinations timely. Great service!
- LLLeshekaAug 7, 20265.0I’ve been coming to this location for about five years now, and the service has always been exceptional. I honestly should have written this review a long time ago. The staff is consistently helpful, courteous, and welcoming. I’ve seen several staff changes over the years, and each new associate has maintained the same level of great service. Leadership is also extremely responsive whenever there is a concern. Even when they are short-staffed and the lines are long, they work hard to take care of everyone. There’s a reason this location stays busy. People keep coming back because the service is excellent. I’m also glad they close on federal holidays. The staff deserves the break! 😊
