  Such a neat, clean, fresh looking, cool on a hot day, friendly store. On a Sat morning, not much of a line, returned my Amazon package very easily and left. Highly recommend. ❤️

  Quick and easy. Went in for a package drop-off, had my label pre-printed, front desk scanned my box, grabbed my receipt and left - all in under a minute.

  I won a rare antique item at an auction house (One Benefit Shop) that lists this UPS Store as one of their third-party shippers. I paid the UPS Store 5527 (owner "Frank") $60+ to pick up, package, and ship the rare antique to me. After 11 days when I had not received tracking information or the item, I followed up to learn that Frank had shipped the item to another person in their system with my same name. Frank flippantly said he would refund my money and what I paid for the item to the auction house. He did not even offer to try to retrieve the rare antique item that was worth much more than I paid. He only offered to do this after I got very upset and then he acted like I was asking for too much and that I should have just been satisfied with the refund. Hard to believe an owner would be this careless and unconcerned about the level of service. I use UPS Stores all over the country and they are great. This is just one bad store. Avoid at all costs!

  Needed 2 earring, 1 necklace shipped from a NY auction house to me in TX. This UPS store charged $21 to ship them in a 6.1/2 inch square box, everything weighing only 11.9 ounces! PLUS an extra $10 to pick it up from auction house-CHARGED ME $31 TOTAL! Auctioneer has over 800 items so im guessing this UPS store gets at least a couple hundred customers from them(=$10 per customer) netting a few thousand dollars alone for picking up the stuff just to ship out.... Shouldn`t charge such high fee ($21) on top of it. Other UPS stores ive dealt with there is either no pickup charge but if they do they don`t charge $10! OVER INFLATED SHIPPING FEES.

  This store is GAS!!! The young man (he’s on the shorter side) helping me inside was very competent in his craft. He looked very sober and excited to work. I am glad to see young passion in the package shipping industry
