I waited at home and no delivery attempts based on my ring cameras which are located on the driveway and the front door. They left a note in my mailbox though. Why do they have to lie.

- JKJay KurucJul 31, 20171.0Absolutely terrible customer service. I tired calling their office several times and no one picked up, once I finally got someone I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was told that the clerk needed to schedule my appointment (I was trying to schedule a passport appointment), I hung up after being left on hold for so long. I called back again, this time the person answering the phone took my name and number and told me they would call when it was less busy; I never got a call back. Terrible service for something that is not that difficult.
