- HHHJun 27, 20261.0Shana a worker here called me being extremely rude, insulting me when I asked to get her name to file a complaint then hung up on me. After I called back another worker answered refusing to give her name or employee badge number so she can be identified. This was over me calling requesting to not have mail delivered to my apartment that is not in my name. I will be going in person to this office to speak with some sort of manager to properly file a complaint. It’s completely unacceptable these people think they are in positions to disregard and disrespect you then refuse to give any identification as they have your whole identity in front of them. I would recommend she gets another job for the sake of anyone after me dealing with this.
