- CKChristine KingJun 18, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Bolton Landing Post Office. My package tracking shows “Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility,” even though I never picked it up. I called because I’m currently four hours away and explained that I couldn’t check my P.O. Box myself. Instead of simply checking whether the package had been placed in my P.O. Box, I was told they usually don’t deliver to my home, but they refused to verify whether it was actually in my box or investigate what happened. As the intended recipient, I expected someone to take my concerns seriously and help determine whether my package was misplaced or released incorrectly. The lack of assistance, communication, and willingness to investigate was incredibly frustrating. I hope management improves how they handle situations where customers report that a package appears to have been picked up by someone else.
