My package was in limbo for 2 months & he personally saw through the case to ensure my package was delivered. Turns out it was stuck under a conveyer belt in Memphis, which Rich personally flew to Memphis to retrieve for me. He’s like family. Hell, he was in my WEDDING!

The last two times I went in there was an older man instead. He was extremely rude and disrespectful BOTH times and ended up giving me the wrong information which caused issues with shipping my package.
