I’ve had great experiences with the other employees, so I was disappointed by tonight’s visit.
The woman working seemed irritated, avoided eye contact, and made me feel like an inconvenience. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic professionalism matters in customer service.
I’m not asking for special treatment—just the respectful service I’ve received before. Unfortunately, this experience may keep me from returning.
I called on Saturday and was told that from open to close there is someone in store that can do notarizing. I came in today Monday at 10am and was told by the woman working that she does not "want" to notarize anything until someone else came in at 1130am. I wasn't told when I called that the staff could refuse to notarize. There was one other customer in the store and I would have waited for them to finish first but was not given that option. So if you need something notarized do not go to this location.

Never a problem, nice ppl
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location cost me $84 and critical time due to complete incompetence and dishonesty. If you have important documents, DO NOT COME HERE. There are plenty of other competent UPS stores in the area (like the West Seneca location).
On Saturday, 6/13, I went in to send a notarized document via UPS, requesting guaranteed arrival for Tuesday. The (female, darker skinned) clerk told me their label and fax machines were broken and that they were out of standard UPS envelopes. She eventually dug out an envelope and charged me $64.47.
When I left, I checked the receipt and saw she had shipped it via USPS, not UPS, without telling me. I immediately returned to get my documents back. The clerk refused, falsely claiming that "documents have to be sent via USPS," and told me the package had already been picked up. On a Saturday afternoon?
Because she wouldn't hand back my envelope, I had to reprint everything, spend an extra $20 to get it re-notarized, and pay to ship it from somewhere else. To make matters worse, USPS tracking showed the envelope wasn't actually picked up until Monday…meaning she lied directly to my face just so she wouldn't have to void the transaction. As of Wednesday morning, that USPS envelope still hasn't been delivered.
I can forgive inexperience, but lying to a customer and charging for an unrequested, inferior service is unacceptable. Management needs to audit their systems and seriously address this employee's behavior. Save yourself the nightmare and go elsewhere.

The returns process with UPS is not user-friendly and comes with hidden fees. It's frustrating to have to pay extra just to return an item, especially when other shipping companies offer free returns. UPS needs to improve their returns policy and make the process more transparent.
