  We run a small business and we bring multiple packages to this location everyday, along with Amazon returns. The staff is top notch, my wife and I have zero complaints!

  As an Amazon shopper returns are inevitable, the staffs service is always fast, always friendly...in today's crazy world its always a great experience here!

  I go there most regularly to do my Amazon returns and they are always very polite I don't remember some of their names but one of them is a girl her name Ashley I sometimes have small returns other times I have big returns and they take their time to get it done for me and I always get my receipt

  Ashley is always very nice, helpful, and knows what I need. I am a local sales rep for an industrial distributor and I occasionally have returns and shipments that need to be sent back. I do all my returns and business here with this store. Everyone here is so nice and helpful they deserve to be recognized for their helpfulness, professionalism, and good service.

  I use this UPS Store for just about everything, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Every employee is friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful to everyone who walks through the door. They greet customers with a smile and make each person feel valued. Amazon returns are always quick, easy, and efficient. What really stands out is how patient the staff is with customers who need extra assistance. Just today, I watched an employee patiently help an older customer navigate the Amazon return process step by step on their phone. They even caught that the customer had selected the wrong return method and corrected it, saving them from being charged an unnecessary fee. I also witnessed another situation where a customer's package had been left out in the rain. The UPS representative handled the issue with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to make it right. Experiences like these are why I continue to use this location. The team consistently goes above and beyond, and their commitment to exceptional customer service is obvious in every interaction. In my opinion, their customer service isn't just a 10—it deserves a 10+.
