- GRG RJul 16, 20265.0Came here for my first ever passport/photo appointment. Easy to book online, and despite there being a line when I arrived I was in and out in 15 minutes. The two staff members were super helpful and explained the process, shipping, and billing clearly and kindly. My hand is broken and I was dreading filling out forms, but he helped me get it done without rushing me. I’m always met with smooth interactions and great service at this location

I asked her if something I wrote was an address her response was “I don’t know I don’t live in Rockville center,” I said I’ve been to post offices before where they type in the address and confirm it she said “yea no I don’t live there I don’t know.” Absolutely useless, do the job you’re getting paid a salary to do. Lazy and nasty

- JMjijo mathewApr 14, 20261.0their one window clerk lady name mariya work their . she is very bad service . she not give tracking number for my priority mail . i asked time she give wrong information . not available . after i understand from my friend (work usps) she is lazy so not put . any way my letter and importent document lose after send .very bad attitude and lazy bad service. i complaint postmaster lady also but i feel they all same gang . no use . most wrost service and very bad experiance.
