One, who is an older/(getting on the edge of elderly) lady is very rude, impatient, Accusing and has an overall Bad attitude. I Hate, Hate having to go there and see that she comes to the counter. I would almost like to know her work schedule so I could arrange to pick up, send out packages or do my business there, when she is not working. I try to be very nice back to her but it doesn’t seem to help or endear her to me or change her attitude. I’m pretty sure she’s the one others have mentioned in other reviews here as well. I don’t like for the way I feel when I leave there after interacting with her… especially if it’s the beginning of my day. Sets the tone for the day. Please relieve her of her displeasure of working a position at a place she clearly does not enjoy and find someone who at least likes people. Thank you… I would and I’m thinking We would All appreciate it. 🙏
- BBBarb BirchFeb 18, 20221.0The driver of the Bergen post office got stuck in my yard and tore the yard up with deep ruts. He was not our normal driver. I have a truck and went out and had him hook it up and I finally pulled him out. Then he backed up again and got stuck on the other side of the yard not driveway it was plowed he should have been able to back up with no problem I even have a turnaround. Because of him I had to spend 100.00 to mark the ruts he made so no one else would get stuck in HIS ruts with their snowblower or plow. I wish I had taken pictures then maybe I would get reimbursed.

I will rush the 2 minutes it takes to get to the post office even leaving a couple minutes early and counter Is usually closed before closing time. I've gone in 4:42 just to check my po box and an employee was walking out to lock the door. As I opened the door she replied they were closed. I looked at my phone and told them I had 3 minutes to check my mail and got a loud annoyed sounding sigh. Just anytime I have to have contact with a employee I never know if it will be a good encounter or not.
