- RRRocky RJun 3, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this location this morning. I went in to ship a Priority Mail package, and the woman at the counter tried to charge me for Priority Mail tape. I have used many different post offices, and not a single one has ever charged for the tape that goes with the service you are paying for. Beyond the wrong policy, her attitude was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of dealing with her hostility, I left without shipping my package. I went to a different USPS location down the road, and they gladly provided the tape for free without any attitude. Management needs to retrain the morning staff on both customer service and basic USPS rules.

- BBBernieJul 30, 20225.0I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .
