  Unfortunately, this is not my first unpleasant experience at this location, especially with the printing service. I usually go to different location, but their printer broke and they directed me here. After a long wait for someone to answer the phone, I spoke with someone who was unfriendly!! I’ve never had a small printing order take more than 24 hours at any other Staples location. And it’s not just the printing department. I once went in to buy balloons, and there was only one employee for balloons, helping customers, and running the register…all at the same time!!! This is the closest location to my home, but the repeated poor service makes me feel I need to drive half an hour just to be treated better.

  Worst Amazon delivery return DROPOFF place ever seen in my life.. service is soooo slow . Was on the line for 36 min just to drop a single thing ..

  Today k walked into Staples to fax a document and make a copy. I was met by Zachary who was pleasant and very cordial. He directed me to the section and I informed him I need help. He came over and guided me through the process. I am writing this as the service at this store is not generally this great. What a breath of fresh air he is.

  Third time their website shows items in stock only to be told that they are not. Wasting your customers time is not a good business model. It’s a useless website in 2026! Get it together. I will only use them to drop off Amazon returns.

  The experience was characterized by discrimination and negligence. Assistance was only provided to individuals from specific groups; others were marginalized regardless of repeated requests for help. There was no indication that the printers had run out of ink. I paid and printed, only to find the output blurry and hazy, as if ink was depleted. Despite informing staff multiple times, they ignored the issue and continued attending to other customers. The computer continued charging my account. I also used the online printing service; however, she eventually took my orange card at last even though I arrived before others. The staff member appeared distracted and overwhelmed. She even gave free printing to the lady before me. Also, she is very sleek, she'll try to look sweet but actually she is showing subtle racism by not attending to you accordingly and keep making you waiting for the service. Out of respect for proper conduct in public spaces, I chose to leave gracefully. I will not return to this store again (which may be inconsequential). The staff member's name was Charlene, the other one who completely ignored, her nameplate was missing, was beiing called Shell or Chele. I was the last person to serve, all other people came after me though. This occurred on September 14, approximately at 3:40 PM.
