- KKKellySep 19, 20261.0I wish I could give 0. Truly the WORST location. Waited there for 15 minutes outside beginning at 9am. Your door says you open at 9….. why at 9:15 not a worker in site. People have lives and jobs to attend to. The lack of respect for customers not only in this sense but in previous encounters with staff is palpable. Makes sense why no one wants to utilize USPS anymore. DO SOMETHING TO HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE!!!!
- ATAshley TorresAug 18, 20261.0I dropped off a package eight days ago in the quick drop off slot and it was never scanned. This was for a depop order I had to ship out, and since it was never scanned at this post office, it never got processed as it ever being shipped or sent out. This was very inconvenient for me, and I lost my money that I had earned from what I was supposed to send out, as depop automatically refunds the buyer after a while if it is never scanned. If you are going to go here to drop off things for your small buisness or things similar to that, do not use the drop off slot, it is very unreliable. Go to the front desk instead even if it's for a small package because otherwise you will be left waiting days and days for a pqckage to be scanned. This experince was very irritating and I'm almost entirely sure they lost my package.
- THT HAug 30, 20221.0This office is the worst. Waited in line for 30 minutes, then they let someone skip me and help them instead. Then when I went to the front of the line , I already had my package ready to go and just needed the shipping label printed. Instead of doing that, she told me to get out of the line. I said why don’t you just print out the label and instead she gave me an attitude and mash the printing label. If you are reading this, enjoy being a public sector employee, because that kind of treatment and action would get you fired in the private sector. It’s unbelievable our tax payer dollars is going toward this type of service.
