- PCProtect All ChildrenSep 24, 20262.0This post office gets 2 stars for friendliness. Unfortunately - they continue to fail when it comes to processing forwarding mail or change of addresses. I proactively went in twice to the post office with change of address issues - and they are always very polite and kind - but then I still don't get my mail. They verified my change of address with my ID - and now, 3 weeks after moving I get a letter in the mail that they have not processed my change of address because I need to come in and verify with ID - which was already done. It's scary how my personal mail is still being delivered to my old address - that someone already has the mailbox key to - all because this post office cannot process and forward mail correctly. Highly disappointed.

- GSGary StOngeMay 7, 20261.0The people from this office do not answer the phone and today I was supposed to receive three pieces of mail and one package. I only got the package and wonder who got my mail this time. This is an ongoing problem that these people at the Malta office cannot deliver the mail properly. Some items I never receive and there's no good way to even trace them.
