  To say I'm annoyed with this postal service location would be an understatement. Today, I had scheduled a package pickup request with USPS. They did not pick up the package, but sent my a confirmation e-mail claiming that not only did they pick up 1, but instead 2 packages from my apartment. They picked up 0. Since the package I expected to be picked up is an online sale I made, it needs to be shipped out within a certain amount of time or I will lose the sale and all the compensation along with it. So now, because they did not pick up my package, I will be losing money. If only it was just that. I checked my mailbox today to grab the mail. One item in the mailbox was for me. The other SEVERAL mail pieces each belonged to other apartments at my apartment complex. So, I had to spend the afternoon walking around the complex and delivering all of the other apartments their mail. How this could possibly happen makes no sense to me, as the apartment numbers for each mail piece were completely different, and none of them resembled my apartment number in the slightest. They just crammed everyone else's mail into my mailbox, forcing me to become the mail delivery person for today. I really should be compensated for my lost sale from this negligence, as well as for having to deliver mail to half of my apartment complex on USPS's behalf. Of course, that compensation won't happen. It makes me feel horrible to leave a negative review, and I never ever do things like this. I feel, if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all. However, this was just beyond lazy, irresponsible, and negligent. I've lost money and time that I will not be able to get back because of this post office's sloppiness.

  I have lived in the area for 3 months. I haven’t been receiving my forwarding mail. They pick and choose what packages they are willing to drive up to the door. The others I have to drive 10 mins to the post office to pick up. The parking is terrible and there are a couple extremely rude staff who act as if you bothering them no matter what the reason for being there is. It’s unfortunate because everything else here in BSpa has been great!

  If i could give this place zero stars i would. I never get my mail on time if at all(which happens more than it should.) Also when i call to ask where it is im told the driver didnt feel like delivering it or he must have put it in the wrong box. Not happy something needs to be done about this post office.

  I just don't understand how it's so difficult to actually put the mail in the correct mailbox. I've lost bills, important documents, checks..You name it. In addition packages are left outside with no knock or doorbell ringing, especially when it's windy as all heck out. Even leave them a note on mailbox to please, (at least) ring the doorbell. I know they don't have time to wait around for an answer but an alert would be nice and many times written right on the label. I like many others have had packages guaranteed to be here on a specific day. If it's windy, you can kiss them goodbye. Lost so much money because of this issue. Won't waste my time complaining at this post office. Going to the top and reporting this will hopefully help.
