- ADAndrew DrummondApr 18, 20261.0Standing in line just now and the very nice man sealed a box for the customer's in front of us and then we walked up to a woman who blankly stared at us when we were saying we need to ship this box and said you need to seal this for us. Not sure why they have different rules for different customer's. 🤔

- BLBetsy LevyMar 28, 20171.0I don't mind waiting on a package to be delivered but when my apartment building has a small fire and my mailbox is gone, do not leave stuff outside of my mailbox! There was no parcel delivered despite the fact that is said it was delivered at my mailbox! Do not be lazy and just drop it off. This is the second time a package has not been delivered and I'm getting ticked off real quick. The man who answered the phone was pleasant and I appreciate that. I did have a package delivered the day after the apartment fire and there was confidential mail from the NYS government on it. Obviously it wasn't in a mailbox because I don't have one. It was laying out for the whole world to see! I'm not thrilled with my mail carrier. At all!

Kudos to our carrier, Jackie, who stands out head and shoulders above the sea of incompetence she works in. From lackluster customer service at the windows to abysmal vacation coverage of regular carriers, I recommend doing all you can to avoid using this post office. Thank goodness for direct deposits and paying bills online. If I could, I'd have anything I'm forced to have go through the USPS be routed around Baldwinsville's P.O.
