- JJJoeJun 30, 20261.0terrible experience. I came here with a prepaid label And they said I could not ship out my box unless it was taped And made me purchase a whole roll for five dollars when they could’ve just taped it for me with one single piece which would cost them one penny. What is wrong with these people? older lady with braids at the counter Was rude on top of it as they rob YOU and they’re rude to you on top of it. even asking for my receipt, she was rude because I wasn’t sure if my receipt was for the tape or the package and she didn’t have the social skills to explain that to me. go to UPS avoid Government run facilities, don’t know why anyone would chose to go here RUN
- MKMike KempfJun 27, 20261.0They never listen to simple directions. I wanted a hold on my mail so I could pick it up, nobody knows where it is because the carrier took it out anyway. The carrier refuses to put the mail in the box and just leaves it anywhere so it can fly away. I need to go to Freeport or Merrick to get anything else done because they don’t do anything right.

Nick(Fred) was extremely helpful and upbeat as well as knowledgeable about passport applications and difficult circumstances regarding emergency passport. I was given excellent assistance and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. Bravo to the manager in charge of the staff. Thank you all!! Riddle....
