- JSJake StauderAug 8, 20261.0I wish I could give negative stars. Most inconsiderate staff I have ever encountered. Was there at around 10:00 this morning about missing letters and got nothing but attitude from the women working. According to her I was “coming at her” and being rude by asking a simple question. I asked to speak to her supervisor to which she just gave the address of the main place located on 109. Where the supervisor was unhelpful and rude, she told me “they usually ship in 7-10 days (I mailed another letter the same day from a mailbox which was already received). So I asked “so I can come back Monday if no one got the letters?” To which I got a rude response of “Now is Monday 7-10 days, I told you 7-10 days”. Lastly, I mentioned the first person to the supervisor to which she just went “ok”. Don’t work in customer service if you clearly don’t care about others or don’t want to be there.

Its 4/17 no delivery. I stopped in on 4/15 to see what problem was. The worker stated i should have tracked in and could care less. I will never go there again the worst.
- HHHermanuella HyppoliteApr 1, 20261.0Hours of operation says 9Am-5pm. Myself and several other customer stood there from 9 am to 9:30 and the doors never opened up. We called several times no one answered even though we could hear employees behind the wall. We all finally gave up and left.
