  Horrible place. Rude and disrespectful. I tried dropping off an Amazon return of a 24 dollar item that came in a plastic bag damaged. He refused to take the return unless I put it in a $13 box. I said it didn’t come in a box, his response was “I don’t care” it’s store policy! Then walked away muttering “ oh my god”! I told him don’t omg me which rapidly devolved into f-u’s and screaming…. Absolutely a zero star experience! Do not use this store, any place is better than dealing with these nasty people!!!!

  Was on there multiple times past few weeks relocating to California. The owner and his mom absolutely the best. Friendly.. helped me bring boxes in. Packed shipped everything for me. They r exceptional customer service could not ask for anything better. . All my packages received and still have more. 5 star is my rating

  Rude employees, probably the worst ups location. Unfortunately it’s the one near me. Employees yell about how packages labels should be generated due to their personal preferences that I have no control over. They can simply just process it but before they do so they HAVE to put their 2 cents in and yell. I just say ok so I can get out of their facility and get my package out but they continue to taunt and it’s embarrassing to experience. Have no issues with any other location. I mean it’s 2.7 stars for a reason. Other reviews don’t lie. I’ll just go to deer park. And I read reviews saying that the Amazon no label or box needed codes they try to charge you extra for a box. However this is not the customers issue. You have a partnership with Amazon. So if it says no box or label needed then clearly it’s not the customers issue. Maybe update your partnership with Amazon if you guys want “profit” so customers know they have to bring a box based on the label generated.
