  I wish we could give them zero stars. The gentleman behind the counter is anything BUT that. I went in with a pre printed shipping code that required a printed label. All he had to do was print the label. Instead he berated me for not giving them the business, spending $30 online for the same shipping he quoted me $90 for in store, and then proceeded to curse me out dropping F Bombs. While I did not walk away silently, that is no way to treat a customer. Keep in mind that I have shipped at least 50 packages over the past 10 years through them with their ridiculous prices. He told me “you cant use the app here” when O said this is the UPS store. Maybe its time to take the UPS logo off the sign? I will surely be making a call to UPS. Hire different people.

  Steve and his crew are just flat out amazing.Human beings have helped me out in a pinch more than once.Especially today, you should definitely go here.Even if it's out of your way, this is the best ups store on long island!!!

  Package sent for delivery the next morning for a $99 rush charge delivered a day late; no full or partial refund given. My son had lost his car key at college so I wanted to ship him a spare. I paid $99 for it to arrive the next morning. It took an extra day for it to arrive. I requested a refund in Feb. 2026. I followed up several times only to be told by Steve yesterday that UPS denied the claim due to weather. A full or partial refund by Steve would have gone a long way towards customer good will. Now I know I cannot trust my packages to be delivered on time even when paying an exorbitant shipping cost. Furthermore, when there is a problem, I know now that a refund will not be issued. I made several attempts to resolve this issue with Steve and was patient. I am quite disappointed with the fact my important package was not delivered on time, and the failure to recognize and rectify the situation by store management despite several follow ups over the course of three months. I was treated poorly as a customer and feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend using this store for any time sensitive, important shipping needs.

  Worst Store In Long Island. How this Franchise still has a license to operate under the UPS brand is baffling to me. Save your time and energy go anywehre else, zero accountability
