Very disappointing experience. I had 7 boxes, each around 40 pounds, and the staff were indifferent and unhelpful when I asked about shipping to an APO address. Instead of properly explaining my options, I felt pushed toward paying for Priority Mail without real guidance. Because of this, I had to transport all 7 heavy boxes again to another USPS location in Manhattan, which was both stressful and costly. At the second location, I received much better service and ended up paying almost half the price for the exact same shipment. The difference in professionalism was honestly shocking.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. I came in simply to drop off a package that had a small tear, and I politely asked if they could place a little tape over it. Instead of offering basic customer service, the employee responded with, “So you want to buy tape?” in a dismissive and rude tone. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A small act of courtesy would have taken seconds, but instead I was met with attitude. This location clearly lacks basic customer service standards.

Horrible manners, horrible experience. Every time I need to go to the desk is a nightmare. The lady is always with an attitude like i’m bothering when she’s supposed to do her job. Today i went and i needed to drop off a package. She screamed at me she had no internet… which is crazy to think, but whatever. It’s definitely the rude attitude. 0/10. Hopefully they change management.
