- LRLinda R6 days ago1.0Not really helpful and sometimes rude. Some of the staff are helpful and nice, but unfortunately the bad experiences stay with you. Different staff give different directions about the same service. I use the drop of box to avoid interaction.
- HSHanna SeabrightSep 25, 20261.0At the counter, Jaclyn didn’t let me get a mailer, put my item in it and seal it (quite literally took 2 seconds for me to do) because she said the line was too long to let me do that, even though that is what every other employee here has let me do every week when I ship out. I had to wait another ten minutes while she helped someone else. It honestly would’ve taken her and everyone less time to let me finish up. In the time that she scanned my QR code for a shipping label, I would’ve been done. She did not handle the long line efficiently.
