I ran to make it to the post office from work for an important shipment. This is the second time she refused service to customers who arrive close to the hour and my second time encountering her incredibly inappropriate behavior. In addition to that, she is also very condescending and rude. She raised her voice on a few of us while giving instructions and when given feedback, she continued being unprofessional- in the past- and now, refusing service and it is not even 5PM yet. I would like to file a complaint against this employee as I think this is her regular behavior and should not be tolerated.
