Made a notary appointment 24 hours in advance, and they didn’t have a notary on site when we showed up for the appointment. Terrible customer service and a waste of time.
Terrible arrogant customer service employees with an extremely unprofessional attitude

The store was pleasant to come to and
Mr. P aka parvesh.. was warm, kind, accommodating, helpful expedient and loveLy to communicate with!! He even made sure that with my parking ,he would help me with packages out of the car!!! 🚙 🙌📦
UPS, is this really the type of customer service you provide? I was called to the counter, yet the employee with a ponytail and skin fade completely ignored me while looking at his phone, despite me standing there with my barcode ready. No acknowledgment, no greeting, no assistance. I eventually had to walk over to another employee, Pavesh, who immediately scanned my packages and provided the service I should have received from the start.
Ignoring a customer to stay on your phone is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business. Pavesh was professional and helpful, but the other employee’s behavior was disrespectful and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. This was, without question, some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Poor customer service, plain and simple. I walked in and asked to buy three 10x10 boxes so I could ship gifts to my niece and nephew. The guy immediately grabbed my bag and snapped, “All of this isn’t going to fit into a 10x10 box.”
I told him, clearly, that’s why I needed three boxes for three different people. Instead of acknowledging that, he just said, “Fine, $10 per box, is that okay?”I told him no thanks and walked out.
And honestly, this isn’t the first time. UPS stores in NYC seem to be price‑gouging lately. The last one tried to charge me $40 to ship a T‑shirt within the U.S. When I declined, suddenly another employee ran over offering $20 instead.
I think I’m done with UPS at this point. Maybe it’s just New York City, but I’m over it.
